Yes we do exchange if size issues , wrong product (Other model) or defective (7a quality,10A quality, first copy) Please make an unboxing video when you receive parcel 360 degree angles video where it shows defect , or issue without cut and pause in 1 video only. We don’t return/exchange if you compare with original or Product video , Like stiches (extra thread ) , colors light or dark , Logo stitching as every time factory manufacture may have little different. Brand box will be there but not as same as shown in Video. For more details or want specific same box or have any confusion before buying please connect with our team we will assist you.
